Are you an Experienced Sales Agent?​

EPIC Agency is a new and progressive Independent Insurance Agency, seeking Business Minded Experienced Sales Agents in Texas and all 49 States. While our agency is new, we are no strangers to the industry we have over 3 years of experience. Our business model is very streamlined, our brokers have the flexibility of working remotely. Our focus is on preferred markets.

Job Responsibilities:

​Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from various industries.

Our established brokers take on leadership responsibility that could lead to running a corporate sales office and even becoming a partner in our Agency.

About You:

You’re no stranger to hard work. Changing an industry is never easy, so we need the best and the brightest individuals who are ready to bring the energy, passion, and grit it will take to accomplish our goals.

The ideal candidate has:

• Have or be able to generate  prospects
• College Degree-(helpful but not necessary)
• Management Potential
• Sense of humor
• Bilingual-Spanish (helpful but not necessary)
